Event Waiver and Release of Liability
By purchasing a ticket to REVOLT World, scheduled for September 20-22, 2024 at Pangaea Studios (including surrounding areas (i.e., parking lots, streets, cross walks, etc.,) and other off-site activations/events in connection with REVOLT World) you (the “Participant”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
Acknowledgment of Risk and Waiver of Liability
1. Assumption of Risk:
– By purchasing a ticket and attending REVOLT World (and other off-site activations/events in connection with REVOLT World), you acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, professional injury, personal and property damage (including lost, stolen or misplaced items), illness, or death. These risks may result from your own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others, or the condition of the event location or any equipment used.
– You voluntarily assume all risks of injury, illness, or death associated with participating in and/or attendance at REVOLT World.
2. Waiver and Release:
– In consideration for being allowed to participate and/or attend in REVOLT World, you, on behalf of yourself, your heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue REVOLT Media & TV LLC, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, vendors, subcontractors, sponsors, agents, and other participants (collectively, the “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, personal injury, professional injury, personal and property damage (including lost, stolen or misplaced items), illness, or death that may be sustained by you while participating in and/or attendance while on the premises where REVOLT World (and other off-site activations/events in connection with REVOLT World) is conducted.
3. COVID-19 Acknowledgment and Waiver:
– You acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that you may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by participating in and/or attendance at REVOLT World, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, professional injury, illness, permanent disability, or death.
– You understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at REVOLT World may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of yourself and others, including, but not limited to, the Releasees.
– You voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to yourself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, professional injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense of any kind that you may experience or incur in connection with your participation in and/or attendance at REVOLT World.
4. Alcohol Consumption:
– You acknowledge and agree that consumption of alcohol at REVOLT World is optional and only allowed for attendees the age 21 years old or older and is optional and a personal decision. You agree that any alcoholic beverages you consume are your own choice and responsibility. You agree to drink responsibly and heed suggestions from REVOLT and Releasees and will not drive if you are intoxicated. You acknowledge that you alone are responsible for all of your actions resulting from consuming alcohol at REVOLT World and that neither REVOLT nor any Releasees are responsible for your consumption or choices, and release REVOLT and Releases from any and all claims, including but not limited to personal injury, professional injury, illness, loss of any kind, death or disability, caused or occurred at REVOLT World (including surrounding areas (i.e., parking lots, streets, cross walks, etc.,) and other off-site activations/events in connection with REVOLT World).
5. Indemnification:
– You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with your participation in and/or attendance at REVOLT World.
6. Governing Law:
– This Waiver and Release of Liability shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
**By purchasing a ticket to REVOLT World (and other off-site activations/events in connection with REVOLT World) you acknowledge and agree that financial claims of any kind will not be entertained and that you have read and understand this Waiver and Release of Liability, fully understand its terms, and agree to be bound by them.**
By opting to purchase, allocate or possess tickets to REVOLT WORLD, you automatically agree to REVOLT’s terms of use. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not purchase tickets or try to enter the REVOLT WORLD premises.
REVOLT may change these terms and conditions without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on the website of the organizer https://revoltworld.com/.
All ticket sales are deemed as FINAL TRANSACTIONS. There will be no ticket returns/exchanges/cancellations.
The price of one REVOLT WORLD ticket various based on access level. The ticket you purchase represents a revocable license for you to attend REVOLT WORLD at Pangea Studios on one for more dated between September 20 – September 22, 2024. The license can be revoked at any time by REVOLT or its representatives at its sole discretion. If the license is revoked, you will not be granted entry at the venue.
The ticket purchaser assumes full responsibility for the REVOLT WORLD tickets once received. REVOLT has no liabilities – financial, legal, or otherwise – in case the delivered tickets are stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or rendered unusable in any other way.
REVOLT WORLD tickets may not be copied or used for promotional or advertising purposes either (including sweepstakes and competitions) without REVOLT’s prior approval. REVOLT WORLD tickets cannot be redeemed against cash, credits, or any other benefits.
REVOLT WORLD is a ‘rain or shine’ event. If REVOLT WORLD is cancelled in its entirety due to any unforeseen circumstances or for events outside of REVOLT’s control, REVOLT has the sole and absolute right to:
i) reschedule the event, or
ii) issue a partial/full refund, or
iii) not issue any refunds.
Please note that the decision of the issuer in such cases will be deemed final and binding.
Once the event begins on September 20, 2024, no refund requests will be entertained. If you are not able to access any particular section(s) of the venue – Pangaea Studios – due to delays, federal regulations, organizer policies, weather-related problems, emergencies, venue shutdown/evacuation or any other reason, you will not be eligible for any refunds or future credits.
If REVOLT WORLD is rescheduled to other dates, there will not be any refunds. In case the event is fully canceled, the refund will include ONLY the face value/printed value of the ticket(s). There will not be any refunds on shipping fees, processing fees, handling fees, and such other charges.
Attendees must be at least 18 years old; proof of age in the form of a valid ID will be required at admission. If the attendee is below the ‘minimum age’, (s)he will not be granted entry to REVOLT WORLD. No refunds, full or partial, will be issued.
By purchasing REVOLT WORLD tickets and presenting the same at the venue, you give your consent to REVOLT to collect certain information about yourself (name, picture, date of birth, gender, address, etc.) for verification and storage.
REVOLT WORLD and REVOLT follow a common ‘zero-tolerance policy’ towards unauthorized drug usage or possession of any weapons at the venue, AND towards any type of behavior/actions that can be interpreted as lewd or obscene. If you are found in possession of prohibited items at REVOLT WORLD or if your behavior is deemed objectionable in REVOLT’s discretion, your participation in the event will be terminated immediately. No refunds will be offered.

REVOLT is using Pangea Studios to photograph and record video and film footage. By entering REVOLT WORLD, you hereby irrevocably grant to REVOLT and its affiliates and assigns (including without limitation event and program sponsors, advertisers, and marketing partners) the right to photograph your image and record your voice, and to own, license, assign and/or use the same (and/or any portion thereof) forever and throughout the world in any manner and/or medium including, without limitation, in REVOLT and other sponsored or unsponsored programs and the advertisement and promotion thereof, without compensation, credit or other consideration.
If you do not wish to be photographed, recorded or appear under these conditions, you should leave REVOLT WORLD immediately.
